My stay at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel was wonderful overall. The check-in process was friendly and smooth, and the rooms were clean and spacious, though I found the decor a bit dated. On the downside, it felt a bit crowded during my stay due to a convention, but the central location made up for it with easy access to attractions. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for its perfect location and great staff.

I stayed in the Richmond tower, and while it seemed a bit older, my room was well-appointed and very clean. The view of the courtyard was lovely, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable, making it hard to leave!

The hotel's location is incredibly central, making it easy to walk to popular spots like the Eaton Centre and other downtown attractions. I hardly used any transportation during my stay.
Dining

While I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, I thought the pricing was a bit high. The food quality needed improvement, especially for room service, which was not as appetizing as I'd hoped.
Facilities

The hotel offers great facilities like a nice pool area and the newly renovated Club Lounge, which I appreciated. However, the remodeling of the lobby could use more cozy seating areas for relaxation.

I had a mixed experience at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore downtown Toronto, and the service was really good. However, some amenities were closed due to renovations, which significantly affected my stay. Overall, while there were positives, I think it's essential to wait until the renovations are complete before fully enjoying what the hotel offers.
Rooms
8.0
I appreciated the upgrade to a higher floor with a great view, but I did encounter some noise issues from the ceiling. The rooms themselves were clean and well appointed, though they felt a bit dated.
Service
7.0
The service was a highlight of my stay. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. However, I experienced some rudeness from a staff member in the breakfast lounge, which was disappointing.
Location
10.0
The location is perfect for exploring the city. I was within walking distance of numerous attractions, which made my trip even better.
Dining
5.0
I found the breakfast offerings to be quite basic and not as good as in previous visits. The eggs and sausage were not appealing, and the lounge didn't meet my expectations this time.
Facilities
5.0
Unfortunately, many facilities were closed due to ongoing renovations, including the restaurant and pool. This left the hotel feeling a bit lacking in amenities, especially given the rates charged.
